When you sign up with MarchamPT Online Coaching, you are not only signing up to a new, stronger healthier you, but you will also be signing up to helping many children who live their lives with ADHD and Autism.  Autism Awareness is a charity very close to my heart, in March 2024 my 8yr old daughter got diagnosed with ADHD and Autism and has struggled through the years of pre diagnosis and post diagnosis.  Being neurodiverse brings challenges throughout a child's day to day life at home, at school and in friendships and can impact emotionally, psychologically and physically.  

By supporting Autism Awareness we are helping neurodiverse children, and those around, in being able to understand the complexities of the disorder, recognise the symptoms and ultimately how to cope to ensure that children, like my daughter, are able to thrive in society and become the people they want to be.

This is why any challenge, regular coaching or courses my clients take part in, 10% of any price they pay will go to this amazing charity and help children throughout the UK who live with ADHD and Autism.
